The comic con ends in a few hours but the announcement of its few days continue to rain as evidenced by this first trailer of the spin-off of X-Men: Legion.

FX chain enjoy the Comic Con in San Diego to unveil a first trailer of Legion, the spin-off of the X-Men movies whose first season will consist of 8 episodes of which will be released in 2017 at a date still undetermined and currently currently shooting in Vancouver.

The series will follow the story of David Haller. Since he is an adolescent, David struggles with mental illness. Diagnosed as schizophrenic, David was in many mental hospitals for years. But after a strange encounter with another patient, he is faced with the possibility that he hears voices and sees visions that may be true.

The prestigious cast is made up of Dan Stevens, Rachel Keller, Aubrey Plaza and Jean Smart while in production include producer Noah Hawley (Fargo) and Lauren Shuler Donner (X-Men: Days of Future Past, The Wolverine), Bryan Singer (X-Men: Days of Future Past, Superman Returns), Simon Kinberg (X-Men: Days of Future Past, The Martian), Jeph Loeb (Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D., Daredevil, Jessica Jones), Jim Chory (Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D., Daredevil, Jessica Jones) and John Cameron.
